Full-Time, In-Person Position, 2 Plus Years' Experience, and a Current GA Real Estate License are Required. Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually. The compensation for this position includes a base salary in addition to a monthly bonus based on the Stanton Team's monthly sales profit. The ultimate compensation offered depends on experience, skill set, and level of knowledge. Responsibilities: • Manage real estate transactions from pre‑listing through closing • Ensure all contracts and documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with brokerage and legal requirements • Track and manage all contract deadlines and timelines • Maintain accurate commission payouts and records • Coordinate communication with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and vendors to meet deliverables • Provide regular updates to all parties to ensure smooth and timely closings • Plan and execute marketing strategies • Write copy for direct mail and digital marketing campaigns Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Listing Coordinator and/or Transaction Coordinator • Active Georgia real estate license (required) • Strong knowledge of GAR forms • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities • Proficient in Google Suite, Spreadsheets, Dotloop, Asana, FUB, KW Command, and MLS systems • Comfortable creating financial analyses for occupied rental properties, including income, expense, and cash flow projections • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret detailed contracts and make informed decisions • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Customer focused • Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually plus bonus
