This role's clients include buyers, sellers, and the team's agents; the role reports to the Head of Operations and Team Lead. To succeed in this role, an individual should be both client and detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning the end-to-end listing and transaction coordination process once trained. This role offers exposure to the world of NYC real estate, learning from some of the best in the business, the camaraderie of a tight-knit team, and growth potential. The role includes the following roles and responsibilities: Listing Coordination (Pitch to Live Listing): • Prepare pitch packages • Prepare exclusive agreements • Prepare new client folders (Dropbox) • Communicate with client(s) about the next steps, and guide them through the listing preparation process • Coordinate with vendors and agents to prepare all listing materials, including photography, floor plans, listing description, and video • Coordinate with the client and Managing Agent(s) to collect all due diligence information • Consolidate all listing and “cheat sheet” material into a KJT Listing Prep Document - oversee review and approval by KJT agent(s) and client(s) • Oversee listing go-live across all platforms: StreetEasy, Douglas Elliman ReSource, KJT website, and any others that may be applicable (i.e., LoopNet if commercial listing) • Oversee development and distribution of marketing materials for all listings throughout the listing lifecycle (New Listing, Price Improvement, In Contract, Closed). This includes, but is not limited to: email marketing, mailers, social media posts, and content, etc. • Support with listing event coordination and planning, if needed • Ensure systems are up-to-date with new listings (Monday.com, CTE, HubSpot, and/or any others) Transaction Coordination (Contract to Closing): • Oversee and manage buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant transactions • Prepare deal sheets and distribute them to attorneys • Liaise with attorneys and request updates • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes • Coordinate inspections • Coordinate board package assembly - either completing the board package or coordinating with KJT’s board package contact • Prepare lease agreements and oversee execution, or coordinate with the KJT lease contact • Ongoing team and client communication • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for compliance • Send out commission invoices • Process commission payments • Coordinate closing gifts • Send check-ins and follow-ups, including requesting Google reviews and referrals Qualifications: • Client service mindset • Detail-oriented • Organized • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Previous real estate industry experience a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
