Our cases include matters involving seller nondisclosure claims, real estate fraud, broker negligence, easement disputes, commercial lease disputes, and other complex property-related litigation. We look forward to growing with you. This is a fully remote position. Attorneys may live anywhere but must be licensed to practice law in California. The annual billable requirement is approximately 1,440 hours per year (about 31 billable hours per week on average). Compensation: • $130,000 – $165,000 depending on experience. Benefits include: • Health insurance (firm covers up to 99% of premium for the base plan) • Dental insurance (99% employer paid) • Vision insurance (99% employer paid) • 401(k) with employer matching up to 3.5% • Approximately five weeks of combined PTO, holidays, and sick leave • $150,000 life insurance policy • Work-from-home reimbursement • Bar dues reimbursement • MCLE reimbursement up to $1,000 annually Responsibilities: • Handle complex real estate litigation matters • Conduct extensive legal research • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and law-and-motion briefs • Take and defend depositions • Participate in trial preparation • Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy • Communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal strategy • Work on disputes involving real estate fraud, nondisclosure claims, broker negligence, boundary disputes, easement disputes, and commercial lease disputes Qualifications: • Active California Bar license required • Minimum 5 years litigation experience • Strong legal research and writing skills • Experience with complex law-and-motion practice • Experience taking or defending depositions preferred • Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis • Ability to manage litigation matters and communicate effectively with clients • Ability to work in a remote environment while collaborating with a small litigation team • Applicants who are not currently licensed to practice law in California will not be considered.
