    Position Overview:
    A well-established, mid-sized law firm in the Houston Galleria area is expanding its real estate practice and is seeking a motivated HOA / Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, values a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow with a firm that is actively scaling its practice.

    The ideal candidate will bring experience handling a range of litigation matters and will be comfortable managing a steady caseload while maintaining high standards of client service and legal execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent homeowners’ associations, property management companies, and real estate clients in a variety of litigation matters
    • Handle covenant enforcement, collections, foreclosure actions, and general HOA disputes
    • Manage landlord–tenant matters, including evictions and related litigation as needed
    • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence with precision and efficiency
    • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances across the Greater Houston area
    • Provide strategic legal guidance and practical solutions to clients on real estate and HOA-related issues
    • Work closely with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented, supportive environment
    • Effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-volume practice

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
    • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
    • 1+ years of experience in litigation, HOA law, landlord–tenant law, or other litigation practice areas
    • Strong courtroom presence and experience handling hearings independently
    • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
    • Professional, responsive, and client-focused approach
