About this Role: We’re looking for two hardworking, jack-of-all-trades Property Maintenance Technicians to support our growing property portfolio: • One position — Northern Wasatch Front (work alongside a partner) • One position — Southern Wasatch Front (work independently) This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. There’s no management responsibility, no reports, and no micromanaging — just honest maintenance work where you can take pride in keeping properties in great shape. Seeking a full-time technician. Mostly during regular business hours, with occasional on-call/after-hours work. Responsibilities: The Day-to-Day • General property maintenance and repairs • Light finish work (drywall, painting, trim, etc.) • Basic carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical fixes • Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to resolve them • Work efficiently on your own or with a teammate (Northern position) • Schedule will be basic business hours, with occasional off-hours and on-call work.
