Responsibilities: People & Culture • Coach agents through 1:1s, roleplay, and weekly training • Lead onboarding via our Streamline program • Run sales meetings and drive accountability • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture Operations & Accountability • Manage calendars, training prep, and tools like FUB & Sisu • Support office systems, policies, and performance tracking • Align with leadership on goals and handle escalations Qualifications: • Strong people skills with the ability to connect at all levels • Confident communicator, both written and verbal • Organized with solid time management and budgeting skills • Proven success in sales and/or talent development • Experience in coaching is a plus • Natural leader who leads by example • Real estate experience is a plus • Positive, team-focused, and brings great energy Compensation: $60,000 yearly
