HomeTeam4u is hiring a Real Estate Manager—a people-first leader who’s all about growth, accountability, and results. In this role, you’ll coach and train our agents to increase conversion rates and their skill sets. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive performance, improve systems, and maintain a winning, collaborative culture. Responsibilities: People & Culture • Coach agents through 1:1s, roleplay, and weekly training • Lead onboarding via our Streamline program • Run sales meetings and drive accountability • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture Operations & Accountability • Manage calendars, training prep, and tools like FUB & Sisu • Support office systems, policies, and performance tracking • Align with leadership on goals and handle escalations Qualifications: • Strong people skills with the ability to connect at all levels • Confident communicator, both written and verbal • Organized with solid time management and budgeting skills • Proven success in sales and/or talent development • Experience in coaching is a plus • Natural leader who leads by example • Real estate experience is a plus • Positive, team-focused, and brings great energy Compensation: $60,000 yearly
