TCS Group is a full-stack Philadelphia real estate team with 65-plus agents and a strategy-led marketing function operating under a CMO. We are hiring a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to be our on-the- ground operations partner in Philadelphia. This is a hands-on role where the right person will own the practical, day-to-day execution that makes our marketing team and our agents successful. You will work directly with our CMO and our marketing admin team. You will be the point person in the Philadelphia office, the connective tissue between our marketing strategy and the agents who bring it to life in the market. The role grows as our marketing function grows. Strong performers move into Marketing Operations Manager or broader Operations leadership. Who this role is for: Someone early in their career, eager to learn, naturally organized, and fluent (or eager to become fluent) in AI tools. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person. Responsibilities: What You Will Do In-office presence and agent support • Be the in-office marketing presence in Philadelphia, typically on Mondays through Fridays. • Handle on-the-ground agent requests, including printing, signage, materials drop-offs, and same-day asks. • Welcome and onboard new agents into the marketing systems (email signature, brand compliance review, materials package). • Be the friendly, responsive face of the marketing function for the agent base. Event Coordination • Coordinate weekly Thursday events: logistics, materials, social coverage, and agent participation. • Run client appreciation events and broker events end-to-end. • Capture event content (photos, video, agent quotes) for downstream marketing use. Marketing Operations • Monitor and triage the marketing inbox; route requests, draft responses with AI assistance. • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships under the CMO’s direction. • Coordinate with the remote team (offshore VA, social media, content production) to keep work moving on schedule. • Maintain the marketing project tracker so the CMO and leadership always know what is in flight. Agent Enablement Program Support • Coordinate the agent onboarding program for new hires. • Support the rollout of the agent tier structure (Foundations, Producers, Performers), including scorecards and skill sprints. • Coordinate the agent neighborhood specialization program: training materials, certifications, and ongoing updates. • Support agent personal branding rollouts, including video production scheduling for top performers. Content & Campaign Coordination • Coordinate monthly content production: hyper-local market reports for Philadelphia neighborhoods, blog posts, and video. • Coordinate the Neighborhood Matchmaker Quiz lead magnet rollout and ongoing optimization. • Coordinate email and SMS nurture campaigns: list segmentation support, send schedules, basic reporting. • Coordinate Google Business Profile setup and ongoing management for the team and individual agents. • Coordinate the reputation management program: review request flows, response tracking, and profile aggregation. AI Tooling & Continuous Improvement • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, others as we adopt) daily to accelerate work. We are an AI- native marketing team. This is non-negotiable. • Identify repetitive tasks that could be automated and propose AI workflows to handle them. • Help the team continuously improve our SOPs as the function grows. Qualifications: What You Bring Required • 1 to 3 years in marketing, real estate, or operations support (or strong relevant internship experience). • Excellent organization. You keep details tracked, deadlines met, and people informed. • Strong written and verbal communication. You will work directly with agents and leadership. • Comfort with AI tools. If you do not use them daily yet, you are eager to learn and curious about how they fit into the work. • Comfort with technology generally: CRMs (FollowupBoss preferred), Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar. • Self-starter mindset. You see what needs doing and you do it without waiting to be asked. • Local to Philadelphia and able to be in the office five days a week. Nice To Have • Real estate experience or familiarity with the Philadelphia neighborhoods. • Light design skills (Canva and Adobe) • Light video skills (capturing event footage, basic edits). • Experience with marketing automation, email platforms, or social scheduling tools. • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
