    Join a WSJ RealTrends ranked La Jolla team. We need a motivated, detail-oriented marketing intern to support listing launches, property promotion, and client outreach. What You Will Do • Support listing marketing: flyers, brochures, feature sheets, open house packets, and signage coordination. • Help create video daily for Stories and Reels; photo and vertical video editing in CapCut or Adobe Express. • Post YouTube Shorts and videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail selection consistent with brand guidelines. • Organize media assets, naming, folders, and tracking deliverables for each listing. • Capture behind-the-scenes content at photo shoots and open houses. • Execute handwritten direct mail campaigns: list pulls, scripting, pen-to-paper notes, addressing, and mailing coordination. • Send weekly listing marketing updates to sellers, covering showings, inquiries, and next steps. You Bring • Strong writing, spelling, and attention to detail. • Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace, and at least one short-form video editor. • Organized, dependable, and proactive with a clean aesthetic sense. • Nice to have: experience with real estate marketing, email platforms, or print production. Details • Part-time: about 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Hybrid: La Jolla office plus local field support as needed. • Flexible schedule for the right candidate. • Growth path on a respected, high-performing team. Send over a video on why you are a fit for LUXURYSOCALREALTY Responsibilities: • Manage daily administrative tasks to support our real estate transactions • Coordinate and prepare listing presentations and marketing collateral • Set up and manage the property showing schedule • Attend showings, inspections, and run personal/business errands as needed • Maintain organized systems and assist with client communication • Support marketing and general office tasks as needed Qualifications: • Active CA Real Estate License • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Confident using a variety of computer applications and digital tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Word, and Excel • Able to stay composed and efficient in fast-paced or high-pressure situations • Skilled in administrative support, including document preparation and data entry • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team setting • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on excellent client service • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and unexpected changes throughout the day Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
