Hybrid Position - This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and in person as needed. In-person work will primarily occur in Walnut Creek or Benicia. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance Twin Oaks Real Estate's brand and visibility in the market. • Lead and oversee various marketing campaigns, encompassing digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content development. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals, driving lead generation and conversions. • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, and opportunities, and perform competitor analysis. • Manage the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content. • Optimize and oversee the company's online presence, managing the website, social media platforms, and online advertising efforts. • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous enhancement. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to refine marketing strategies and approaches. • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise for successful marketing campaigns. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is preferred but not required. • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide a marketing team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics. • Experience in real estate marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
