When challenges arise, they will push through the obstacles and find solutions that not only solve the problems but also foster new and better ideas and opportunities, resulting in a stronger team and business in the end. Clients and our team members are the lifeblood of our business, and strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with them. They think strategically about the audience they are marketing to and have an eye for design. They would be responsible for consistently marketing our business via social media, web, and print mediums in efforts to expand our business, elevate our brand, and grow client relationships. Excellent project management skills to put together our two annual customer appreciation events are also a must. Responsibilities: Real Estate Transactions (45%)New Listing Onboarding – Manage the setup and launch of new property listings • Contract-to-Close Oversight – Monitor all executed contracts through to a successful closing • Filing & Compliance Support – Maintain organized filing systems; assist team with contract preparation • Client Communication & Support – Serve as a key point of contact for client questions and updates • Team Support – Step in to assist team members when additional help is needed Marketing (30%)Copywriting – Craft written content for listings, social media, email, and more • Listing Descriptions – Write compelling and accurate property descriptions • Print Design – Design postcards and property fliers • Digital Marketing – Create and manage web, print, and social media campaigns • Facebook Ads – Design and implement ad strategies • Email Newsletters – Plan and send regular updates to clients and leads • Presentation Updates – Keep marketing and listing presentations fresh and relevant • Client Events – Plan and coordinate client appreciation and brand-building events • Online Reputation – Grow and manage online reviews • Engagement Growth – Drive meaningful interaction with online audiences • Outreach Strategy – Plan and execute creative brand outreach efforts • Social Media Growth – Increase following across FB, IG, TikTok, and YouTube • Brand Stewardship – Ensure all external content reflects brand standards Operations (25%)Expense Tracking – Record and categorize office expenses and invoices • Bookkeeping – Complete basic bookkeeping and financial tracking tasks • System Management – Develop, implement, and oversee internal systems • Operations Manual – Maintain documentation of all systems and workflows • Database Management – Maintain and update client and lead databases • Office Supplies & Errands – Manage supply inventory and run errands as needed • Vendor Management – Build and maintain positive vendor relationships • Meeting Prep & Calendar – Prepare team meeting agendas and update calendars with key dates Qualifications: • Real estate experience strongly preferred • 2 years of office, corporate, or experience, or similar work experience required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office products, and the Google Suite • Service-based attitude with the highest ethical standards • Project management and event planning skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
