Ideal Candidate: • High sense of urgency and accountability • Self-directed and thrives under pressure • Solution-oriented and calm amidst chaos • Loyal, honest, and ready to grow with the business • Not afraid of direct communication or high expectations Compensation • Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 • Performance-based bonus structure • Target compensation for high performers exceeds six figures • Long-term growth and title advancement opportunities are available Responsibilities: • Own listing operations from pre-listing to contract-to-close • Drive all marketing efforts (print, digital, CRM, and social) • Execute lead generation campaigns and client outreach • Manage project workflows, vendor coordination, and daily team operations • Maintain and improve systems, checklists, and communication tools Qualifications: • 3+ years of real estate experience (sales, transaction coordination, or listing management) • Strong marketing knowledge and implementation skills • Canva, email marketing, CRM tools, social media, listing packages, etc. • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy and process-oriented with high attention to detail Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
