In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Qualifications: • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Expert in forward design concepts • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Compensation: $37,500
