Responsibilities: • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • Prepare and manage the production of marketing videos Qualifications: • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Develop new concepts based on input • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Real Estate License and experience preferred Compensation: $50,000
