Participate in weekly coaching calls, one-on-one meetings, our annual conferences, and our in-house, online training courses in addition to shadowing long-time, highly successful agents. Compensation: $100,000 OTE Year 1 | $200,000+ potential | Commission Only Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand • Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals • Highly organized with strong time management skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 commission based OTE
