    We are seeking a highly organized and creative Real Estate Marketing & Transaction Assistant Manager to support our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, marketing, and transaction coordination, and who can manage multiple deals while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Adobe InDesign, and experienced in real estate transactions from contract to close.

    Key Responsibilities

    Real Estate Marketing & Design

    Create and design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, including:

    Listing flyers and brochures

    Offering memorandums and property packets

    Email marketing graphics and print materials

    Maintain brand standards across all marketing collateral

    Coordinate with agents and management to update listings and marketing assets

    Prepare materials for online and print distribution (Crexi, Loopnet, email campaigns, etc)

    Coordinate and schedule professional photography for listings

    Transaction Assistant / Manager Duties

    Assist in mananging real estate transactions from contract to closing

    Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and inspectors

    Track deadlines and ensure compliance with contract timelines

    Prepare and review transaction documents for accuracy and completeness

    Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files

    Ensure all required documentation is submitted and recorded properly

    Assist in onboarding as needed

    Administrative & Team Support

    Serve as a central point of contact for transaction-related communication

    Maintain CRM and website

    Identify process improvements to increase efficiency

    Support leadership with reporting, organization, and workflow management

    Support agents as needed

    Office related tasks as needed (ordering supplies, etc)

    Qualifications

    2+ years experience in real estate marketing, transaction coordination, or administrative real estate support

    Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (preferred)

    Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction timelines

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    High attention to detail and accuracy

    Experience with Crexi, Loopnet, MLS, and CRM systems (preferred)
