Martin Photography is a fast-growing real estate media company serving hundreds of realtors with premium listing photography, drone work, video, and more. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to help us reach even more agents who can benefit from our services.

This is a key role on our team—you’ll be the one building relationships with new realtors, explaining the value of our media packages, and helping them book shoots that make their listings stand out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prospecting new real estate agents in your area via calls, emails, social media, and in-person networking

Reaching out to leads, introducing our services, and explaining pricing and packages

Converting new agents into first-time clients

Maintaining contact with your signed agents to encourage ongoing bookings throughout their first year

Compensation:

Commission-only role earning 10% per shoot from new realtors you sign

Average order value is around $220 per shoot (~$22 commission per shoot)

Trailing commission for a full year on every new agent you sign —-get rewarded for long-term relationships

Unlimited earning potential - the more agents you sign, the more you earn.

Qualifications:

Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new people

1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or client service (preferred but not required)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter with good time management and follow-through

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and cloud-based systems (we’ll train you on ours)
