We are looking for a motivated and experienced agent who wants to augment their income by becoming a Productivity Coach for our OC Luxury office. This opportunity is ideal for producing agents or professionals with a track record of success who want to mentor others, share proven systems, and guide new agents toward consistent production. As a Real Estate Mentor, you will work with new and emerging agents who are entering our coaching program, helping them learn to build momentum, stay accountable, and close more transactions. You will also receive access to proven Keller Williams coaching models designed to enhance your own production and leadership skills. This role can be a great stepping stone toward becoming a MAPS Coach and expanding your influence across the KW network nationwide.
