Responsibilities: • Provide coaching and mentorship to new and developing agents • Lead training sessions focused on lead generation and client conversion • Model best practices in contracts, negotiations, and client service • Support mentees in building consistent business habits • Collaborate with leadership to refine and expand the coaching program • Track mentee progress and provide accountability check-ins • Share systems and tools that streamline agent business growth • Foster a culture of collaboration, consistency, and results Qualifications: • Active Michigan real estate license • Minimum of 2 years of production experience preferred • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and systems • Proven ability to coach, train, or mentor others • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Organized and dependable with follow through • Passion for personal growth and helping others succeed • Driven to achieve goals for both self and team Compensation: $140,000 at plan
