From contracts and client relationships to marketing and mindset, you’ll be their go-to for knowledge, encouragement, and accountability. You'll provide support through check-ins, training sessions, and real-time guidance to help them succeed. Qualifications: This Role Is Perfect For You If You: • Have 5+ years of real estate experience • Are currently licensed or recently retired (license must be active) • Enjoy teaching, coaching, and lifting others up • Want to stay active in the industry without the demands of full-time sales • Are looking for a flexible, purpose-driven opportunity with income potential Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annually at-plan commission
