Responsibilities: • Mentor and coach new and experienced real estate agents through structured training sessions • Guide agents in goal setting, business planning, and time management • Lead accountability meetings to track progress and provide feedback • Support agents with transaction challenges and client communication strategies • Provide consistent follow-up and motivation to help agents meet performance goals • Model effective lead generation, negotiation, and conversion systems • Collaborate with leadership to improve coaching materials and training delivery Qualifications: • Active real estate license with 2–3+ years of experience • Proven track record of production and client satisfaction • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed • Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems, and real estate best practices • Ability to coach agents with varying experience levels and learning styles • Highly organized, dependable, and goal-driven • Team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth Compensation: $160,000+
