    Our top-producing San Diego team is looking for a dynamic, experienced agent who’s passionate about real estate, personal growth, and supporting others. This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead by example—helping new and seasoned agents develop while continuing to build their own book of business. You’ll play a key role in our coaching program, working with incoming agents from real estate schools and assisting them in gaining hands-on experience. As they support you, you help them grow—creating a collaborative environment that benefits everyone involved. Team leads are actively involved, and our systems are in place to help you focus on what you do best: producing and encouraging others to do the same. You’ll also contribute to team culture, assist with recruiting efforts, and help newer agents stay engaged and motivated. Responsibilities: • Guide agents through writing and understanding contracts • Share strategies for database and sphere marketing • Provide hands-on CRM training and support • Lead one-on-one coaching sessions • Support weekly check-ins to keep agents on track • Offer help with contract negotiations when needed • Stay active with your own sales and clients • Build and help team expand while developing others Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • Completed transactions • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Attend ongoing trainings and events Compensation: $140,000 at plan
