Real Estate Model Home Host / Sales Assistant (Part-Time) About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and people-oriented individual to represent our team at Cedar Ranch Estates, a growing new construction community in Derby. This role is the first impression of the neighborhood — you will be interacting with buyers, agents, and builders while ensuring model homes are open, presentable, and generating leads. This is not a passive “sit in a model home” job. We need someone who is proactive, engaging, and comfortable starting conversations.
