Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer • Complete documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and more! • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and the MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers • "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and the very best advice to meet their utmost desires • Establish a prosperous & long-term career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents Qualifications: • Must have an NC Real Estate License • Experience in real estate sales, with a valid NC Broker license. • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful transactions. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Familiarity with real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents. • Proficiency in using MLS and other real estate technology platforms. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines. • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, supporting fellow agents, and contributing to a positive work environment. Compensation: $83,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly
