The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate initial rapport with potential buyers, establish trusting relationships, provide a high degree of communication, and reach monthly sales targets. Responsibilities: • Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants • Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met • Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • Effectively lead communications between potential buyers and sellers assuring the process is smooth and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: • A proven track record of sales and success • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people Compensation: $99,000 - $129,000 yearly
