Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously examining documents within BackAgent and MLS, aiding transaction coordinators, managing the office agenda, and orchestrating an array of classes and events. Your role will also encompass critical tasks such as processing files, issuing checks, and approving Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) for closings, alongside compiling reports for ownership. Furthermore, you will oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies while ensuring strict adherence to our monthly financial allocations. Responsibilities: • Document Review: Scrutinize and manage documents within BackAgent and MLS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Schedule Management: Maintain and update the office calendar, including scheduling classes, events, and meetings to optimize workflow and enhance team collaboration. • Financial Oversight: Process files, cut checks, and approve Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) for closings, ensuring financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. • Marketing : Assist with marketing to social media websites, create flyers, and coordinate office events. • Bookkeeping: Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to. • Coffee Area & Meeting Spaces: Keep the coffee area fully stocked and maintain cleanliness by wiping down tables and tidying up after meetings. • **Supplies & Office Equipment: **Inventory of office supplies & provide list for re-ordering. • Dynamic Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced work setting, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in response to changing priorities and tasks. Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office & proficient in Excel. • Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. • Previous Real Estate Office experience is a plus. Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
