We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to answer phones, schedule showings and vendor appointments, attend showings and do follow-up, organize the office materials, and create daily schedules. You’ll also work with the team to help agents by doing administrative tasks that facilitate their deals. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Create an amazing white-glove customer experience on the phone and in person at showings and open houses • Coordinate between vendors and clients • Attend appointments in the field to facilitate real estate transactions Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Weekend and evening availability • Has a 4-year college degree or the equivalent of real-life experience in a related field • Amazing organizational skills • Loves people and creating a five-star customer experience • Enjoys working on a collaborative team • Has a positive, upbeat, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude • Enjoys working hard and the satisfaction of a job well done • Loves learning and growing in skills and life experience Compensation: $65,000
