    A dynamic Real Estate Office Administrator / Office Manager is needed for a real estate office. The Real Estate Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that the office operates effectively and efficiently by tending to the needs of its associates and providing them with the expected level of service. The Real Estate Office Administrator is responsible for a variety of clerical, administrative, and managerial tasks on a daily basis, ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This includes maintaining accurate bookkeeping and accounting systems, as well as managing, training, and consulting the agent services team. The Real Estate Office Administrator also assists the Team Leader in managing agents and the overall office. Compensation: • Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience • Benefits package offered • Bonus opportunities • Growth potential Responsibilities: Primary Objectives: • Accurate banking and accounting services • Computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience • Purchasing • General office skills • Assist the Team Leader in managing agents and office operations • Supervise office staff Regular Work Activities and Primary Responsibilities: • Computer input • Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P) • Systems implementation • Purchasing (supplies and equipment) • Maintain office equipment and technology • Create agendas and record meeting minutes • Hiring, training, and consulting personnel • Introducing new products/services to existing agent associates • Managing receptionists, agents, and other staff • Marketing listings - strong IT skills necessary • Maintaining database management systems • Assisting agents and their administrative staff to ensure an extraordinary experience • Managing office employees, including the Director of First Impressions, the Receptionist, and the Assistant Office Manager Qualifications: • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping • A Bachelor's Degree • A proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office environment • Experience managing a team or other employees • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong leadership skills • The ability to perform well under pressure with a "can-do" attitude Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
