    REMAX Executive is seeking a detail-oriented, personable Office Administrator to support daily office operations, transaction file compliance, and agent/administrative needs. This part-time afternoon role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly and accurately. Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Office Management Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and equipment; place orders as needed Ensure the office is presentable, functional, and welcoming for agents and clients Coordinate with vendors, building management, and IT/facilities as needed Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries appropriately Transaction & Closing File Support Assist agents with preparing, organizing, and submitting closing files Perform quality control (QC) review on transaction files to verify all required documents, signatures, and disclosures are present and accurate Flag missing or incorrect documentation and follow up with agents to resolve before closing Track file compliance status and escalate issues to the Broker-in-Charge as needed Maintain organized digital and/or physical file storage in line with brokerage and state commission requirements Agent & Administrative Support Assist with agent onboarding paperwork and office orientation Support office communications (announcements, event coordination, etc.) Maintain office records, license documentation, and administrative logs Provide general administrative support to the Broker-in-Charge/leadership as needed Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with real estate transaction documents, contracts, and closing processes Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating one-on-one and in group/training settings; comfortable making phone calls Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, while also collaborating well as part of a team Ability to multitask across administrative responsibilities Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
