You'll manage the broker's inbox, phone calls, and calendar; coordinate transaction paperwork and compliance; track critical deadlines; prepare for appointments; and serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients. This role includes maintaining databases and internal systems, documenting processes and procedures, and supporting daily operations that keep the business running efficiently. Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Experience in managing executive-level calendars and communications, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization. • Ability to coordinate transaction paperwork with precision, maintaining compliance and efficiency in all processes. • Proven track record of tracking and meeting critical deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, fostering trust and clear communication. • Proficiency in maintaining databases and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. • Experience in documenting processes and procedures to support consistent and efficient team operations. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills. Compensation: $29,500 - $52,000 yearly
