You’ll help manage the day to day aspects of the business while working to increase retention and referral activity from former clients through a robust communications calendar. A proven history of designing and implementing systems is a must. Your #1 priority is ensuring systems are set up to satisfy current clients, obtain repeat business from former clients, and earn referrals from both. Responsibilities: • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Serve as Jamie’s “stunt double”– answer/filter emails, follow up with prospects, field inquiries from existing clients, prepare new listings, assist with showings as needed • Spearhead communications program – Optimize and maintain database, organize daily call list, manage monthly mail campaign and birthday/anniversary program, drive “just listed” and “just sold” campaigns in all media channels • Generate, track and convert leads – Implement and master new CRM (Follow Up Boss), design custom conversion strategies, ensure timely follow-up, schedule and help prepare for meetings, design and execute past client referral program Qualifications: • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Professional appearance, attitude and work ethic are a must. • The ideal candidate is experienced in designing, implementing and executing on systems. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
