We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Broker/CEO and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of our corporate office. This key role requires exceptional communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. Responsibilities: Executive Support • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Broker • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings • Handle confidential correspondence and act as a liaison with agents, vendors, and partners Office Operations • Oversee daily operations of the corporate office to maintain a professional environment • Ensure office systems, supplies, technology, and logistics are organized and optimized • Manage incoming calls, mail, and visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor Agent & Transaction Support • Assist with onboarding new agents, file compliance, and CRM setup • Coordinate event logistics, training sessions, and internal communications • Work closely with the transaction coordinator and accounting to track agent performance, CDA submissions, and payment workflows Special Projects • Help organize recruiting campaigns, marketing projects, and agent incentives • Support leadership in executing growth strategies and brokerage initiatives Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • 3+ years' experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or real estate support role • Real estate industry knowledge or license preferred but not required • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Chime/Lofty, SkySlope a plus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Positive, solution-focused mindset and professional appearance Compensation: $23.5 - $25.5 hourly
