We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Operations Coordinator to serve as a true right-hand to leadership and support our growing team of agents. What You’ll Do This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You will be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly and stepping in wherever needed, including: • Writing and reviewing contracts • Supporting agents with day-to-day operational needs and joining them on appointments • Assisting with home staging and listing preparation • Creating and coordinating marketing materials • Communicating and coordinating with vendor partners • Assisting with client and team events • Jumping in to solve problems and keep things moving efficiently • And more!
