We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities: • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Regularly check in with team members to track progress and provide support. • Develop and implement strategies to help team members achieve their goals. • Foster a positive and motivating environment to enhance team morale. • Provide mental wellness support to ensure team members are mentally fit and ready to tackle challenges. • Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings. • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Weekend and evening availability • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • License for real estate is preferred but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Proven experience in a coaching, advisory, or mentoring role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best. • Strong understanding of goal-setting and performance tracking. • Passion for personal and professional development. • Background in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $38,000 - $74,000
