    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our busy real estate team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and a desire to grow in the world of real estate. You’ll wear many hats, from preparing listing and appraisal packages, writing thoughtful thank you and home anniversary cards, and running errands, to assisting our CEO with occasional personal tasks. You’ll also help with listing prep, attend photo shoots, assist with client and charity events, and support open house setup, all while delivering warm, attentive service. Responsibilities: • Assist with preparing listing and appraisal packages • Write and mail/deliver thank you cards and home anniversary cards • Run errands as needed for the team and the office • Support the CEO with miscellaneous personal tasks • Attend property photo shoots and assist with on-site coordination • Help with open house setup and preparation • Participate in client events, charity events, and community outreach • Provide general office support in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks • Show interest in growing within the real estate industry and learning on the job Qualifications: • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable running errands and supporting in-person events as needed • Professional and reliable, especially when representing the team at events or appointments • Interest in real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Flexible part-time schedule with availability for occasional events, errands, or photo shoots Compensation: $25 hourly
