    We’re hiring a motivated real estate Office Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Background in real estate is required for this position • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds • Must have excellent time-management skills • Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred Compensation: $12 - $15 per hour

    • Move and place Real Estate signs at properties • Placing and removing key boxes on properties • Provide general outside support to the Listing Team
