Responsibilities: Team Coordination- • Understand and perform each job description within the team, providing support and guidance as needed. • Assist in training new team members on job roles and responsibilities. • Facilitate communication between team members to ensure seamless workflow. Customer Service Management- • Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. • Act as a point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions. Positive Work Environment- • Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and employee management. • Organize team-building activities and events to enhance morale. • Provide regular feedback and support to team members to promote growth and development. • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high productivity and performance. • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to address any concerns or challenges. Qualifications: • Previous experience in office management or a related field preferred. • Would prefer some real estate and property management experience. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient in Office Software and Spreadsheets- We mostly use Google Workspace. Compensation: $60,000 +
