Responsibilities: • Operations : Oversee daily office operations, ensure compliance with Keller Williams systems, and manage facilities and vendor relationships. • Financial Oversight : Handle budgets, financial reporting, and profit and loss statements; manage accounts receivable and payable. • Team Leadership : Support the Team Leader in achieving growth and profitability goals; supervise, train, and retain administrative staff. • Agent Support : Assist agents with onboarding, training, and operational needs; address and resolve concerns efficiently. • Technology Management : Ensure agents and staff are proficient with Keller Williams tools like Command; provide training on new systems. • Event Coordination : Organize office meetings, training sessions, and recognition events. • Reporting : Track and report key metrics (e.g., agent productivity, financial performance) to leadership. Qualifications: Educational Background : • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. • Background in business administration, real estate, or management is a plus. Experience : • Minimum of 2-3 years in operations, administration, or management. • Experience in a real estate environment or familiarity with Keller Williams’ systems and culture preferred. Leadership and Management Skills : • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Experience in hiring, training, and retaining talent. Technical Skills : • Proficiency with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). • Familiarity with Keller Williams proprietary systems (e.g., Command, KW Connect) is advantageous. • Basic financial and accounting knowledge, including budgeting and profit/loss analysis. Communication Skills : • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving. Cultural Fit : • Understanding of the Keller Williams belief system and values. • Commitment to fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Customer Service Orientation : • Strong interpersonal skills for agent support and customer relations. • Ability to anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively.
