Responsibilities: • Lead & Inspire a team of top-performing agents, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. • Drive Strategic Growth by developing sales strategies that expand market presence and revenue. • Recruit & Onboard high-caliber professionals using our proven recruiting system. • Inspire & Develop agents to reach peak performance through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training. • Monitor Market Trends & Optimize Performance to drive continuous improvement. • Establish Strategic Partnerships with mortgage and title affiliates. • Manage Daily Operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • Lead Engaging Team Meetings & Events to strengthen team culture and collaboration. • Support Agents with contracts and deal assistance when needed. Qualifications: • A licensed real estate professional with a track record of success. • A strategic thinker who thrives on challenge and competition. • A proactive, solution-oriented leader who takes ownership and drives results. • A motivational communicator with strong negotiation skills. • Excited to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and leadership training. • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • (Preferred) 2+ years of leadership, office management, or sales coaching experience.
