The Real Estate Operations Assistant plays an important role in supporting financial operations, maintaining strong administrative systems, and contributing to a positive, professional office culture. Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and may include a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional benefits. Responsibilities: What You Will Do A well-above-average performer in this role will: • Step in to support leadership and operations as needed • Assist in all aspects of office financials with accuracy and consistency • Help reinforce the value and experience of the office to agents and partners • Take ownership of tasks and follow through with precision Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Input and manage financial and operational data accurately • Support bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable • Handle the purchasing of office supplies and equipment • Assist in maintaining organized, efficient systems across the office Communications & Interactions • Work closely with leadership and administrative team members daily • Support and interact with real estate agents daily • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners Management Responsibilities • None Qualifications: Knowledge & Skills • High school diploma required • Experience in bookkeeping, banking, or accounting support preferred • Strong computer and software proficiency • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Understanding of purchasing and office operations The Ideal Team Player The ideal person for this role is someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and finds fulfillment in helping the team operate at a high level.
