    Pemberton Homes Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Director to manage all aspects of our real estate team's onboarding process. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new agents, including systems setup, training, and license transfers. The ideal candidate is task-focused, an excellent communicator, and comfortable leading small group training sessions. Responsibilities: New Hire Onboarding: • Oversee and execute the entire onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the company. • Conduct weekly new hire orientations to introduce team culture, systems, and processes. Systems Setup & Training: • Manage system access and setup for all new hires (CRM, task management tools, email, etc.). • Provide hands-on training for internal systems and tools, including task management software, Canva, and Wix. • Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding-related system issues. . License Transfers & Compliance: • Manage real estate license transfers and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance. • Troubleshoot any issues related to license transfers and renewals. Training & Development: • Lead small group training sessions to educate team members on systems, processes, and best practices. • Develop and maintain onboarding materials and guides to support the training process. Follow-Up & Support: • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure new hires are fully integrated and productive. • Monitor onboarding progress and adjust processes as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of US work authorization processes • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful onboarding programs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $60,000 + based on experience
