We specialize in streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide full-time support to our Transaction Manager and Department Trainer. This is a hybrid position. You must attend weekly meetings, Corporate events, and get-togethers. Tasks must be completed on a timely basis with strict deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in the behind-the-scenes operations of real estate and looking to grow into a full-time Transaction Coordinator role in the future. This position includes a 3-month probationary period to evaluate performance, reliability, and fit within our team. Candidates who excel in this role will be eligible for promotion to a full-time Transaction Coordinator or Administrative Assistant position. This advancement comes with expanded responsibilities, direct client interaction, and higher earning potential — ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate operations and support. Responsibilities: • Assist with admin tasks related to real estate transaction coordination, writing contracts, MLS data entry, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and additional job duties may be added as needed • Maintain checklists and monitor critical transaction deadlines • Prepare, format, and organize digital documents to ensure compliance and accuracy • Support training by editing SOPs, updating onboarding materials, and scheduling sessions • Help manage internal calendars, team communication, and task tracking tools • Support quality control for documents submitted by new team members • Track internal process documents and training evaluations • Take initiative on admin projects that help keep the team organized and efficient • Attend weekly team meetings and company events • Hold open houses, drop off pop-bys, etc. Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agent in Texas • Highly organized and detail-driven • A self-starter with strong time management and follow-through • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy and proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer • Interest in real estate, transaction coordination, or operational support • Bonus: Experience with platforms like Dotloop, Skyslope, Command, Follow Up Boss, KVCore Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
