    About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our growing real estate team. This person will be the behind-the-scenes backbone who helps manage day-to-day operations, client communications, and transaction flow. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly while ensuring clients and team receive top-tier service. Compensation: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunity for professional growth Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday, business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm • Occasional weekend or evening availability for urgent matters and special projects or events Responsibilities: • Support Operations Manager with daily team operations • Organize and maintain transaction files, schedules, and internal systems • Assist with listings, closings, lease agreements, and renewals • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and tenants • Prepare and organize digital files, checklists, and documentation • Help manage social media content and coordinate marketing materials • Help with coordination of team events • Track deadlines and important dates for compliance and contract milestones • Support onboarding tasks for new team members and agents Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in administrative, real estate, or operations support • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (SkySlope, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Salesforce, Slack a plus) • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic Compensation: $40,000-$60,000
