You run the operations of the brokerage. The agents focus on clients and closings. You focus on everything that makes those closings possible: leads, listings, vendors, systems, and the founder's time. From time to time, you'll step in on a transaction when an agent needs backup or capacity, but transactions are not your day job. Ops is. Tools & Resources Provided • Macbook Laptop • iPhone and phone number • Administrative support Compensation Package • Annual Salary: $75,000. PERSONAL TRANSACTIONS: There will be a 75% Split to Agent for transactions generated by you, up to two transactions per calendar year. If a personal transaction is a direct relative (parent, sibling, child), then there will be a 100% split to the agent for up to one transaction a year. You will be able to work on transactions during typical business hours, but will be expected to maintain regular business operations as required. If you exceed two transactions in one calendar year, each additional transaction will be paid out at a 50% split. Our goal is to work with an Operations Assistant who is not looking to generate personal transactions. Our structure is designed to make it beneficial for our Operations Assistant to work with one or two clients a year as they come in and make the split higher for those transactions. • MLS Stipend, Supra, and E and O Insurance: $220/month - paid at the end of each month. • Paid Time Off: 10 days paid vacation annually. • Sick Days: 5 sick days annually. • Mileage reimbursement is included in this compensation package at the IRS Standard. Employee Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following expenses: • Vehicle expenses (car, car insurance, gas). • MLS and Association fees (stipend included in compensation). • Real estate license maintenance and renewal fees. Responsibilities: What You'll Own • Lead operations. Follow Up Boss is yours. Every new lead is assigned within 15 minutes during business hours. Nurture sequences triggered correctly. Tags and stages are clean. Weekly pipeline health report to the founder every Friday. This is the biggest lever for hitting our growth goals, and it's your primary responsibility. • Listing launch coordination. From the signed agreement, to be active in 7 business days. Photographer, stager, sign, lockbox, MLS input, marketing assets, feedback collection, weekly seller update emails.
