We’re searching for a detail-oriented real estate operations & compliance coordinator. You’ll play a key role in supporting the financial and compliance functions of our brokerage. This position ensures that all incoming commission payments are properly processed, accounts are reconciled, and agents are paid accurately and on time. In addition, this role manages the onboarding stage of new agents and ensures compliance with all licensing and documentation requirements. Responsibilities: • Process incoming commission checks and payments from transactions • Reconcile commission income with brokerage accounting records • Ensure accurate payout calculations and timely payment to agents and employees • Track outstanding commissions and resolve discrepancies • Review transaction files for required documentation before closing and payment • Ensure compliance with company policies and state real estate regulations • Audit agent files regularly to maintain legal and operational standards • Coordinate the onboarding process for new real estate agents • Verify all required licenses and certifications are active and in place • Set up new agents with brokerage systems, CRM, email, MLS access, and other logins • Serve as a point of contact for agent questions regarding compliance, systems, and onboarding • Maintain organized digital records and documentation • Work closely with the leadership team to improve processes and systems • Assist with light administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Detail-oriented • Proficient with technology and online systems (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compensation: $43,000 - $60,000 yearly
