You'll Love This Role If You: • Naturally follow up until something is completed • Take ownership instead of waiting for direction • Enjoy organizing multiple projects and deadlines • Like helping people and solving problems • Aren't afraid to pick up the phone to get answers • Learn technology quickly • Take pride in being reliable and dependable This Role Is Probably Not For You If You: • Need constant supervision to stay on track • Struggle managing multiple priorities • Prefer sending an email and waiting rather than actively following up • Avoid difficult conversations • Dislike learning new technology • Get overwhelmed in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits • $20-$25/hour based on experience • Performance bonus opportunities • Paid Time Off • Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits • Ongoing training and development • Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization • Team events, recognition, and a supportive culture Responsibilities: Your Core Responsibilities Transaction Coordination • Support residential real estate transactions from contract to close • Track important deadlines, documents, and milestones • Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time • Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and vendors • Follow up proactively to keep transactions moving forward • Maintain organized and compliant transaction records • Assist with closing logistics and client communication Client Experience • Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients • Provide timely updates throughout the transaction process • Help answer questions and resolve concerns with empathy and urgency • Create a five-star experience that leads to referrals and positive reviews • Assist with client gifts, touchpoints, and closing celebrations Operations & Administrative Support • Assist with appointment preparation and meeting logistics • Coordinate vendor scheduling and communication • Maintain accurate records and internal systems • Support office operations and team projects • Help improve workflows and identify opportunities for greater efficiency Qualifications: Required • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Close attention to detail • Strong customer service mindset • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • High sense of urgency and follow-through • Reliable, punctual, and accountable • Comfortable learning new software and systems Preferred • Experience in administration, operations, project coordination, customer service, hospitality, or real estate support • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or project management software • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
