  • Responsibilities

    The Operations Coordinator will partner with team leadership to help oversee daily operations and support the team staff. This role collaborates closely with other team members to help ensure all daily operations run smoothly, processes are fine-tuned as needed, and we are continuously enhancing the level of service delivered to clients. They will ensure transactions progress efficiently, holding team members accountable for their responsibilities at each stage. The Operations Coordinator will also assist with the timely completion of administrative tasks, support compliance efforts, and help with auditing and budgeting as needed. This position also contributes to marketing initiatives, client gifting, outreach initiatives, and the planning of client appreciation events. The Operations Coordinator will work alongside team leads on recruiting efforts and support the professional development and growth of current team members. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and leadership qualities. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the progress of all transactions to ensure milestones are being met • Help ensure communication is properly maintained among team members and external parties to transactions • Assist with oversight of administrative and compliance work (with help from leads as necessary) • Provide guidance and hands-on assistance as needed to other team staff to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely and effective manner • Help direct marketing, client gifting, outreach, and event planning • Work towards improving processes and procedures for better efficiency and service (e.g., staying up to date with Compass tools, new technology, streamlining and implementing new processes as needed, etc.) • Audit transactions, help with financial planning and budgeting as needed (with bookkeeper and Team Lead) • Assist leadership with recruiting initiatives • Work on professional development and growth opportunities for the team Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly collaborative • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and efficient • Great at time management and planning • Ability to problem solve and think creatively • Knowledgeable about the real estate industry, regulating bodies’ rules and regulations, and standards • Quick learner and interested in continuing education • Real Estate license preferred • Savvy with technology and some experience with the MLS and Google Suite is ideal Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
