    Successful Real Estate team in San Diego is now seeking expansion! We’re in search of an organized, professional real estate executive coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for the Team leaders and agents. Works with the team to develop informational data, maintain agent profile data within the operational systems. The position requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and work well with management as well as outside agents. This is a salary position plus bonuses. • Inputs & updates agent information in supported database systems; • Provide excellent customer service and assist with problem-solving when dealing with internal and external customers, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email; • Assists with other miscellaneous duties SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS: This position requires 2 years of experience as a Real Estate ASSISTANT. Need to have a REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO APPLY! Experience required. Basic computer literacy and data entry skills. Knowledge of MS Office software, Excel, and data entry. Applicant must meet the following criteria: - Outgoing - Dependable - Tech Savvy - Understanding of Social Media platforms - Detail Oriented - Positive Attitude is a must Responsibilities: • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols • Social Media • Manage accounts • Data entry • Manage Rentals • Helps team leaders manage the agents • Keep everything stocked in the office • Great communication skills • Very organized Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • Experience in the real estate industry preferred • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines Compensation: $62,500
