We are seeking an elite Executive Assistant to support a high-performing real estate broker and team closing over 300 homes annually. This is not a traditional assistant role; it is a mission-critical position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can operate with urgency, precision, discretion, and ownership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving priorities without dropping details. You will act as the broker’s right hand, helping streamline operations, protect time, improve communication, and maintain an exceptional client experience. This role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and maintain calm under pressure. • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and time blocking • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and events • Prioritize daily activities and protect executive time • Anticipate needs before they arise • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry preferred • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • High school diploma or G.E.D. required Compensation: $50,000 plus bonus
