    As our Real Estate Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the operations of our team. The Operations Coordinator will ensure a smooth and efficient process that enhances productivity and client satisfaction while supporting our real estate agents throughout the process. This role includes overseeing our real estate transaction management and listing operations, providing agent and client-facing support, overseeing staff members and virtual assistants, managing marketing initiatives, coordinating team events and meetings, conducting training for staff and agents, and executing high-level projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of real estate operations. Compensation: • Salary range:$75,000 - $85,000 salary plus bonus • Health benefits negotiable • Paid time off and holidays Responsibilities: • Work alongside the Director of Operations & Sales to execute multiple projects simultaneously. • Manage and optimize the daily operations of the company's transaction management team and listing coordination team to ensure efficient workflow. • Oversee transaction & listing coordination, including preparing and reviewing contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. • Coordinate marketing efforts, including listing presentations, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies. • Monitor and report on transaction team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Ensure exceptional client service by leading with a sense of urgency and a strong focus on the client; anticipate client needs and avoid unnecessary crises through proactive, careful planning. • Conduct regular audits of sales processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to listing and transaction management. • Has a passion for outlining, initiating, and implementing projects. • Supervise and support transaction management staff, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. • Implement strategies to maximize time, value to clients and agents, and profitability. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate management, operations, or administrative support. • Proven track record of successfully managing an operations department, transaction management department, or listing coordination department and placing talented individuals into the positions they are suited for, as well as creating and growing leaders. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Radiates confidence and is self-motivated, thriving in a collaborative environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations. • Proficiency in MLS software, Transaction Compliance, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite, and Customer Relationship Management software (CRM). • Ability to analyze department performance data and prepare detailed reports. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
